Prof. dr. ir. Geert Litjens (GL) (M), WP4 member. He is full professor of Artificial Intelligence for analysis of medical images in radiology and pathology at Radboud University Medical Center, and has co-authored over 40 journal publications in radiological and pathological image analysis using machine learning (H-index: 24). He was the initiator and organizer of the PROMISE12 challenge on prostate segmentation in MRI and a co-organizer of the CAMELYON Grand Challenges. He is a member of the Working Group on the future of Gleason Grading of the International Society of Urogenital Pathology. Last, he is the lead developer of the open-source digital pathology viewing and deep learning package ASAP.
