Holger Hoefling is an Associate Director and group lead of Machine Learning at NIBR Informatics, Novartis. He has been working as a statistician and data scientist for Novartis for over 10 years. In recent years his focus has been on machine learning problems in the imaging domain, particularly related to AI in histopathology. Holger holds a PhD in Statistics from Stanford University and is based in Switzerland.
