New publication on 'The Challenges of Gigapixel Pathology Images'

A recent publication in GigaScience elaborates on the development of deep learning solutions in computational pathology, and how public competitions, the so called 'Grand Challenges', have proven to be important drivers for the progress in the field. "Organizing these competitions has allowed us to better understand the challenges associated with sharing large datasets publicly with a large number of participants."
