Task Force GDPR

The remit of the GDPR Taskforce is to oversee a consistent implementation of all aspects of personal data protection across the Bigpicture project, according to the regulations set out in the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The GDPR Taskforce is led from WP5.

Main Objectives

Define the GDPR requirements for the Bigpicture technical infrastructure as developed in WP2
Define the GDPR requirements for the contractual framework
Define the GDPR requirements for the processes, roles and technical infrastructure implemented within the honest broker, including data privacy impact analyses and anonymisation/pseudonymisation processes
Define the GDPR roles within and around the Bigpicture platform: controllers (or joint controllers) versus processors
Contribute to, and review, the deliverables related to this taskforce
Provide practical guidance to WP2, 3 and 5
